WHAT IS A HABIT?
Habits are ideas that are fixed like cement in our sub-conscious mind. These ideas may have been formed as small children or picked up along our journey of life. Regardless of where they came from, they are ideas that control our resultant behaviour.
Habits can serve or harm. They can propel us towards our goals or direct us away from them. Recognising the habits that prevent us from achieving our goals is the first step to changing them.
